Information stored in the app

Sarah's Fridge allows users to enter information about food products, including:

• product names;
• product categories;
• expiration dates;
• storage locations, such as the fridge or freezer.

This information is used only to provide the app's inventory and expiration-date features.

Local storage

All information entered into Sarah's Fridge is stored locally on the user's device.

The information is not transmitted to Sarah's Fridge, uploaded to an external server or stored in a cloud database operated by the developer.

Data collection and sharing

Sarah's Fridge does not collect, sell or share information entered into the app.

The app does not use information for advertising, profiling or user tracking.

Analytics and third-party services

Sarah's Fridge does not currently use advertising services, analytics services or third-party tracking technologies.

Should this change in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the relevant features are released.

Data retention and deletion

Information remains on the device until the user deletes individual items or removes the app.

Users can edit or delete stored food items directly within the app.

Deleting the app may also remove its locally stored database, subject to the device's backup and restoration behaviour.

Children's privacy

Sarah's Fridge does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app's functionality or data practices change. The latest version will remain available at this URL.
